Frequently Asked Questions

Layaway terms:

For items under $200.00 layaway time period is for 30 days with two equal payments. The first payment due at time of purchase and the second payment is due at 30 days

For items over $200.00 layaway is available for 60 days with three equal payments. The first due at time of purchase, at 30 days and the final payment due at 60 days. The first payment is nonrefundable.

Shipping will be added to the last payment. THE FIRST PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE but will be applied as a credit for future purchases. Please note you can pay sooner.

Reservation system

Website Bears will be marked 'reserved' for up to 48 hours for payment arrangements to be confirmed. If deposits/payments remain unconfirmed after that time, reservations will be cancelled and the bear will be made available for general sale once more. When payment has been received, the bear will be marked 'SOLD'.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders require a non refundable 25% deposit with the balance due upon completion. If you are interested in that special bear, bunny or dog creation. Contact us at milcreek@mhtc.net.

Payment Methods:

Pay Pal; Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment.

Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment

Shipping:

Shipping will be added to all orders. Outside of the US please inquire.

We use UPS within the US and USPS Express mail

Sales Tax:

Sales tax of 5.5% is charged on all sales in WI
