Custom Orders
Custom orders require a NON-REFUNDABLE 25% DEPOSIT with the balance due upon completion before shipment. If you are interested in that special bear, bunny or dog creation contact us at milcreek@mhtc.net.*Note: No returns on special ordered items.
LayAway
For items over $200.00 layaway is available for 60 days with three equal payments. The first due at time of purchase, at 30 days and the final payment due at 60 days. The first payment is nonrefundable.
Shipping will be added to the last payment. THE FIRST PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE but will be applied as a credit for future purchases.
Please note you can pay sooner.
Shipping
Shipping will be added to all orders. Outside of the US please inquire for international shipping costs.
We use UPS or USPS within the US and USPS Express Priority Mail for international.
Returns
If you are not happy with your selection, please call us within 5 days of receipt of your order for a return authorization. You will be responsible for the return shipping and costs. Please fully insure your return for your protection. Items must be returned in the condition in which received with all original packing materials. Refund or exchange credit will be issued LESS actual shipping cost. Returns on Layaway items will receive credit.
